Haibajji's Terms and Conditions

1 General Overview

Haibajji is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform. These Terms and Conditions form a legal agreement between haibajji and its users. By accessing our website and mobile app, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these conditions, please do not use our services.

The Terms and Conditions are prepared in Bengali only and are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any translations provided in other languages are for convenience purposes only.

2 Account Register

To open an account on haibajji, you must provide the following information:

• Full name (as it appears on your government-issued ID)
• Valid email address
• Phone number (verifiable)
• Date of birth (to determine age)
• Registered address
• A strong password

All information provided must be truthful and accurate. If any information is found to be false, haibajji reserves the right to permanently close your account and forfeit all associated funds.

Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent cancellation of all associated accounts.

3 Age Verification

Haibajji is available only to persons aged 18 or above. In some regions, the minimum age may be 21 or higher. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the legal age requirement.

Haibajji may verify your age at any time using valid government-issued identification. If you fail age verification or provide false information, your account and all funds will be forfeited.

4 Deposit Policy

To deposit funds on haibajji, we accept various payment methods:

Important: The name on your deposit must match your account name. If it does not match, the transaction may be rejected or delayed.

All deposit transactions are processed immediately and free of charge. Some banks or payment providers may apply their own fees, which are outside the responsibility of haibajji.

5 Withdrawal Policy

Your winnings can be withdrawn at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500 (bank transfer) or BDT 100 (mobile banking)
• Maximum daily withdrawal limit is BDT 500,000
• Multiple withdrawals per week are allowed
• Withdrawals are only available from verified accounts

All withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours. In some cases — particularly for larger amounts — additional verification may be required, which can take up to 48 hours.

Withdrawals can only be made to your own bank account. Sending funds to another person's account is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Haibajji offers regular bonuses and promotional campaigns. The following conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Eligibility: To qualify for a bonus, you must deposit at least a specified minimum amount of your own funds
• Wagering requirement: Winnings from bonuses must be wagered 5–10 times before withdrawal
• Time Limits: Bonuses expire if not used within 30 days of being credited
• Game limits: Some games do not allow bonus use or allow limited bonus use

7 Gaming Rules

Fair Play: All haibajji games use internationally recognized Random Number Generators (RNG). This ensures that every outcome is completely random and fair.

Return to Player (RTP): The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is clearly displayed. This represents the percentage of funds a player can expect to receive back over the long term.

Game quality: If a game session is interrupted due to a technical issue, you will either receive a refund of your wagered amount or have the option to resume the game.

• All game outcomes are final and irreversible once submitted
• Game rules cannot be changed after a bet has been placed
• Full wagering amount required before claiming special offers or jackpots

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Fraud & falsification of information: Opening an account with false information or using forged documents during identity verification
• Bonus Abuse and Collusion: Opening multiple accounts to collect bonuses or competing with family members
• Use of automation and bots: Use of any automated software or bots
• Money Laundering: Depositing funds from illegal sources or using deposited funds for money laundering via withdrawals
• Using another's account: Allowing others to use your account
• Retaliatory Activities: Threatening, insulting, or attempting to retaliate against the Customer Support team

If any of these activities are detected, the account will be permanently closed immediately and all funds will be forfeited.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Whenever you want: You can close your account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Your balance, if any, will be transferred to your registered bank account within 24 hours.

Self-Exclusion: If you believe you have gaming control issues, you can self-exclude from our platform. In this case, your account will be inaccessible for a minimum of 30 days.

Closure at haibajji's discretion: If we detect suspicious activity, a breach of our rules, or a legal requirement, we may suspend or close your account. In such cases, you will receive a written explanation within 3 business days.

If a legal investigation is ongoing, your funds may be held for some time.

10 Limitation of Liability

Haibajji shall not be liable for:

• Lost bets or disconnections due to internet connection errors or interruptions
• Errors by third-party payment gateways or banks
• Unexpected server downtime (in force majeure circumstances)
• Virus or malware infection on the user's personal device
• Errors in information submitted by the user that cannot be corrected after submission

In no case shall haibajji's liability exceed the financial loss directly related to the matter.

11 Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. In case of any dispute, it will first be attempted to be resolved through our Customer Support team.

If a settlement cannot be reached, all disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bangladesh.

12 Changes to Terms and Conditions

Haibajji reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be updated on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly.

Continuing to use haibajji after any changes have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

If you do not agree to any updated terms, you may close your account and withdraw your balance.
